What does your role look like?

As a Customer Service Employee, you will be responsible for answering and resolving customer inquiries so that all customers are assisted on the same day.

 

What will you do?

- You respond to customer inquiries promptly and in a customer-friendly manner via email, chat, phone and social media.

- You investigate and resolve issues reported by customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Reviews are significant and you proactively engage on Swedish & Danish platforms and websites.

- You actively collaborate with the country managers to address common questions and issues. You identify them and propose improvements.

 

What do we expect from you?

- You have an interest in E-commerce and online sales.

- We believe that with the right mindset, you can learn and achieve a lot, but if you already have work experience that's a bonus.

- You are accurate, a team player, and you demonstrate decisiveness and persuasiveness when responding to customer inquiries.

- You are a problem solver and bring positivity.

- You have excellent command of the Swedish and Danish languages, both spoken and written.

- You are available for 32-40 hours per week. Partly working from home is negotiable after your onboarding period.
